| Although threads are always opened to alert and update you on new updates on the board, I am going to also use this thread to post updates to keep everything together. Also, this way, we will be able to add to the HE timeline easier.
So keep check as you would usually for all new and improved updates

Tuesday 3rd April : Rigby Dumbledore took over as temporary second head of Ravenclaw
Monday 16th April : Severus Snape retired as head of slytherin and potions professor. Snapes Girl took over as second head of slytherin alongside Raistlin the wizard and Rigby Dumbledore took over as potions professor.
Tuesday 17th April : World News forum opened in Community
Tuesday 24th April : Quiz Quarters forum opened in Community
Sunday 29 April : HE Myspace opened

Friday 8th June: MarieC has retired as Hufflepuff head of house and History of magic professor. Streams of silver will be taking over as 2nd head of Hufflepuff, alongside Etta. History of Magic professor is now Rigby Dumbledore
Monday 11th June: Snapes_girl has taken on the role of supernatural and paranormal studies professor / New event - family fortunes opened
Tuesday 19th June: A new Book Club forum was opened, so that we can collectively read and discuss various books.
Tuesday 26th June: Raistlin the wizard has taken over from castledown as the new DADA professor / Agatha Black has taken over from Life is 42 as the new Transfiguration professor / Duck the duck has taken over from Mcfly42 as the new creative professor / Darings Chamber opened as a subforum in DADA class forum / Polling Station opened in community

Thursday 16th August: Artist Alley forum opened beneath graphics forum / Photography corner opened as subforum in Artist Alley
Sunday 26th August: Wand Examinations Opened for Second Years and above.
Friday 30th August: The main event forum and second event subforum has been moved to the main forum and no longer sits as subforums. It can now be found under the great hall.

Sunday 9th December : Herby has taken over flying classes with the help of some Ravenclaws in the new subforum (see below) A new subforum has opened in flying classes designed specifically for quidditch based classes and challenges Thursday 20th December: A member award gallery has been opened. Visit the "Hogwarts Winners Cups" for the link Mass Media forum has been opened under the community forum as an extended community forum Creative corner category added and forums such as graphics, photography, quill and art have been shuffled around and added to that category An Original Fiction category has been added to our official fanfiction archive, The Hogwarts Quill. Friday 28th December: New graphical games subforum opened in the games forum to host graphical game challenges - this is open for a trial period of a month to begin with

A new forum, HE Forum Book of Records, has appeared, though continues to have contents hidden until new term
Wednesday 13th February : Ministry of Magic subforum opened
Saturday 16th February : Severus Snape has returned to the staff and taken over as second head of Slytherin
Monday 18th February : Littleprincess_01 has taken the role of second head of Gryffindor and also the Arts professor position.
RhiannonMei has taken on the Charms professor position

House spirit forum moved to Event forum
Great Hall forum tidied and new subforums added
Class Forums moved as subforums into one complete class forum
Exam Forums moved as subforums into one complete exam forum
Wednesday 23rd April: The debate classroom has been altered to a debate and discussion classroom
JK Rowling Scrapbook has been restarted and has moved to rooms of requirement
Saturday 26th April: Hogwarts Walks forum has been moved from Hogwarts Grounds category to Mix and Mingle and you can now discuss ANY ships from any book or movie not just HP
Forums in Mix and Mingle have been moved around within the category to a new order.
