So I'm being typically British and talking about the weather.

Like the "What are you eating/wearing/doing now?" threads...say what the weather is like for you.

Here in Nantes, it's chucking it down with rain - for the first time since I got here - and is cold, dark and gloomy. It almost feels like I'm back in England.

XD Trust me, Americans and I'm pretty sure EVERYBODY talks about the weather when they're bored and trying to make conversation or trying to complain about something they can't change, just so they could whine.

There was supposed to be first snow yesterday, but that never happened. Now it's cloudy and gray outside, the sort of gray where the sky just looks white and you can't really tell there are any clouds. Except now it's getting really dark so the sky is just midnight blue. It's cold enough outside to make your hands tingly, but not cold enough to be wearing gloves or see your breath.

Supposedly it was pouring rain, but when I went outside there were just puddles about, no rain. Basically, it's cold and cloudy out, with soaked leaves clinging to the sidewalks and gutters. Very typical November.

(Trust me to turn a very basic 'cloudy with a chance of rain' into a few paragraphs. Go me! XD)

Right now its pretty dark... because it's becoming night...

But it was very medium temperature today, with clouds that totally obscured the sun and wetness on the ground.

Getting dark...that twilight hour when the air itself seems to be a shimmering, dusty blue.

Cold--I wore gloves today, in addition to coat and boots and turtleneck.

Dripping--not really raining, but...yeah, dripping. A few lazy leftover drops.

Oooh, i hate dripping weather!

Because you go out, and you would look weird with an umbrella but then every once in a while these big fat drops fall on your head!

Update with the weather to make this not spam: It's now a few degrees colder than it was before.

It's pretty cold here... well.. .about -1 C in the morning and it goes up to more or less 4 C at midday. Brr. Stupid that it doesn't get just a tad colder though, so it can snow! I adore snow, but I don't really like the cold without snow xD (altough I love still being able to wear sneakers instead of boots lol)

.. it snowed just a biiiit last week or so... but it melted right away xD

but a LOT of fog! xD .. which is kinda cool, because it's nice to see the effect fog has on colours, objects that are far away and then all the streetlights at night. Looks eerie-ish-beautiful
